Mandan, ND—Kupper Chevrolet has once again renewed its contract as the title sponsor of the Dakota Classic Modified Tour—with IMCA Stock Cars. This latest extension is the 3rd time the Mandan, ND based Chevrolet dealership has renewed their 3 year title sponsorship that pays for both the IMCA Modified and IMCA Stock Car points’ funds, along with individual track support for the series. Kupper’s sponsorship is a significant reason why the Tour pays its large nightly purse that attracts the very best drivers from the continent.

The series starts its six consecutive night run at the Jamestown Speedway on Saturday, July 6, 2019. The Tour then heads north to the ND State Fairgrounds and Nodak Speedway in Minot, ND on Sunday, July 7. On Monday, July 8, the series then heads north of the international border to the Estevan Motor Speedway. On Tuesday, July 9, it’s back to the states at the Williston Basin Speedway. The Tour then heads south to Dickinson, ND, and the Southwest Speedway on Wednesday, July 10. Dacotah Speedway in Mandan hosts Championship Night on Thursday, July 11. On Friday, July 12, Dacotah Speedway also hosts the Corral Sales Legendary 50 that pays $10,004 to win the IMCA Modified feature.
Now in its 30th year, the Kupper Chevrolet Dakota Classic Modified Tour will pay all IMCA Modified feature winners $2,400, with $300 to start the 30 lap feature. All IMCA Stock Cars receive $800 to win and $100 to start their 25 lap features. Kupper’s Points Fund for the Modifieds will pay out $2,000 for the top 10 in series points. In the IMCA Stock Car division $1,000 is paid out to the top 10 in points. In addition, over $20,000 in contingency prizes and hard charger awards will be awarded from some of the top racing manufacturers and retailers in the US and Canada.
