Online registration is OPEN for the 27th Annual Kupper Chevrolet Dakota Classic Modified Tour! There is no charge to register and this information is forwarded to all six tracks that make up the July 9-14 series in North Dakota and Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada. Registration is open to both IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Stock Cars. By pre-registering you only have to pay your nightly fees and bypass the onsite registration line. Pre-registering also allows the Tour to advertise driver names on their website, the individual track websites, and IMCA.TV, well in advance of the first night of the Tour.
The series starts its run on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Jamestown Speedway in Jamestown, ND. From there it is north to the ND State Fairgrounds and Nodak Speedway in Minot, ND on Sunday, July 10. On Monday, July 11, round #3 crosses the international border at the Estevan Motor Speedway in Estevan, Sask., Canada. The Williston Basin Speedway in Williston, ND is next on Tuesday, July 12. Wednesday, July 13, the series takes on the Southwest Speedway in Dickinson, ND. On Thursday, July 14, the series closes out its six night run with Championship Night at Dacotah Speedway in Mandan.
New this year is a Special Post Tour race for the IMCA Modifieds called “The Legendary 50” at Dacotah Speedway in Mandan on Friday, July 15. This race pays $10,001 to win the feature that is sponsored by Corral Sales of Mandan. All drivers who had entered at least three Tour events are eligible to enter.
All Tour and Legendary events are IMCA sanctioned, using IMCA car construction rules and awarding IMCA points.
