Going on the 2015 Kupper Chevrolet Dakota Classic Modified Tour: 20RT Ricky Thornton Jr.

My first selection for the RACEFEEDX New Blood, Long Haul presented by IMCA.TV promotion for the 26th Annual Kupper Chevrolet Dakota Classic Modified Tour is Ricky Thornton, Jr. of Chandler, Arizona. The driver of the 20RT Total Seal Piston Ring and OctaneTrade.com IMCA Modified is currently second in national IMCA Modified points, and he has already won 16 feature events so far this racing season.

He comes highly recommended by Underwood, North Dakota, racer Marlyn Seidler, who raced with Thornton over the winter in Arizona. Marlyn states Ricky “is a clean, young racer who is literally dripping with racing talent.” Marlyn sold Thornton a used crate engine with 40 nights on it, and he proceeded to win two features with his old used motor. Even better, you won’t see Thornton coming up to North Dakota with a big toter home with multiple cars. He is a low budget guy who does it the old school way with an open trailer running on pure determination. Marlyn predicts, “Ricky will be your next IMCA National Champion.”

With all these endorsements, we simply have to get this guy to come, so he is #1 on my list. The Tour fans are in for a real treat here!
